If you’re a newly licensed CDL-A driver in the Orlando / Central Florida area and want a professional, structured start—not a churn-and-burn trainee seat—this paid OTR training program is designed to give you confidence, consistent miles, and dependable pay from day one.

  • Earn your Class A in about 3 weeks.
  • Complete 4–6 weeks of paid OTR training with a company trainer.
  • Move into a solo OTR fleet (Van, Reefer or Flatbed) based on experience, hiring area and openings.
TRAINING Academy – 0 Months Experience Who it’s for: No CDL or no verifiable Class A experience.

  • ~3-week CDL Academy program (classes typically start on Mondays).
  • School locations with housing provided at most sites; some locations include meals.
  • Bus reimbursement (one-way Greyhound with receipt) – travel support built in.
  • Multiple tuition options: reimbursement, cash/PIF, some veteran/scholarship paths.
  • Designed to feed directly into OTR fleets that accept Academy graduates.


Equipment & Freight

  • Assigned late-model automatic tractors after upgrade
  • No-touch dry van freight
  • Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
  • Steady nationwide freight lanes

Schedule & Operating Area

  • OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset
  • Operating Area: Lower 48 states after training

  • This role is built to establish strong, verifiable OTR experience with reliable miles.

Program Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license (recent graduates encouraged)
  • Ability to stay out two consecutive weeks OTR
  • Must live within 200 miles of Orlando, FL
  • Safety-focused, reliable, and coachable

  • Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
  • Most drivers upgrade to solo quickly once training requirements are met.
